23+ years in retail brokerage

Brett handles urban and suburban leases, build-to-suits, acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases and land deals. A former appraiser and son of an MAI appraiser, he brings a sharp eye for value and creates leverage at every stage of a deal.

Jason J. Sorce

25+ years in commercial real estate

Jason specializes in tenant and landlord representation across Chicago’s suburban markets. Previously with NAI Hiffman, SRS Real Estate Partners and Peak Group, he manages every step from site selection and negotiation to permitting, entitlements and store openings.
